All visual material published by HotMesh is generated by machine-learning models. It does not depict actual human beings and is not a record of actual sexually explicit conduct.
Because no real performer is depicted, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to that material. This statement is published so that position is a matter of record rather than an assumption.
User-supplied reference material
The service allows a user to upload a reference image. Where any such image depicts a real person, the uploading user warrants that the person was at least 18 years of age at the time of the original production and consented to this use.
We are not the producer of user-supplied material within the meaning of the regulations. We do keep, for each upload, the account identifier, the timestamp, the originating IP address and the user's warranty, and we will provide those records to law enforcement on lawful request.
