Terms of Service

1. Who we are

HotMesh is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in [COUNTRY / STATE OF INCORPORATION] at [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. You must be 18 or older

The service contains adult material. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.

By using the service you confirm you meet that requirement and that adult material is lawful where you are. We may ask you to verify your age at any time and may suspend access until you do.

Accounts we believe belong to minors are terminated immediately and permanently, without refund.

3. Your account

Keep your password secret and your account to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

One person, one account. Sharing, selling or transferring an account is not permitted.

4. What you may generate

Everything you generate must comply with our Content Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The hard limits are absolute: nothing involving minors, nothing depicting a real identifiable person without their documented consent, and nothing that is unlawful where you or we operate.

We apply automated and human review. We may refuse, remove or report content, and we may terminate accounts, without notice and without refund, where those limits are broken.

5. Who owns what

You keep the rights you already hold in anything you upload. You grant us a licence to store and process it only so far as we need to in order to run the service and meet our legal obligations.

Subject to payment and to these Terms, you own the output you generate and may use it commercially where your plan says so. Free and Sandbox output is for evaluation only.

You may not use the service to train competing models, nor scrape, resell or redistribute the service itself.

6. Credits, plans and payment

Generations consume credits. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase and include applicable taxes where we are required to collect them.

Charges appear on your statement as HM*DIGITAL SERVICES.

Cancellation and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generative models are probabilistic: output quality varies and a given result cannot be reproduced exactly.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will offer a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms or the Content Policy are broken, where we are legally required to, or where continued service would expose us to risk.

On termination your licence to use the service ends. We retain records we are required to keep, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the product at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE OF INCORPORATION], and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
